A person on every send

Every message a company sends carries a quiet promise: someone here stands behind this. When a client reads a payment reminder or a contract note, they assume a person meant it, checked it, and chose to send it. The day that stops being true, something in the relationship changes, even if the client cannot say what.

Fully hands-off messaging fails in ways clients do not forgive. A reminder with the wrong balance. A notice addressed to the wrong buyer.
