Privacy Policy

Mawjara ("we", "us") turns a company's back office into documented process the company owns, then augments it with AI where it earns its place. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we handle it. We keep it plain, because that is how we work.

What we collect

  • When you contact us — the name, email, phone (optional) and message you submit through the contact form, or that you send us by WhatsApp or email. We use these only to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the engagement.
  • Basic analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit and which pages they read (aggregated, not used to identify you personally). You can opt out with any standard analytics/ad-blocker.

How your enquiry is handled

Contact-form submissions are delivered to us by email through our email provider (Resend) and are not published or shared. We do not sell your data, ever.

Data you entrust to us in an engagement

If we build systems for you, they run inside accounts you own, with the minimum access each workflow needs. You can revoke that access at any time. Where an AI provider processes data through its API, it does so under your own agreement with that provider, not ours. We do not claim certifications we do not hold.

Retention & your rights

We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to respond and maintain our records. You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time — email hello@mawjara.com and we will act on it.

Cookies

We use only the cookies our analytics needs to count visits. We do not run advertising trackers.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and reflects the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
